SPACE PLANNING

Planning the functionality of your space is most important for everyday living. We will layout your floor plan, cabinetry and furniture to get it right.

3-D MODEL BUILD

To help you visualize what your home is going to look like when it's built, a 3-D model is a to-scale representation of your space. This model will help you see the multiple options in your space before you begin a renovation, furniture layouts, and visualize material selections.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Project management is the most involved service we offer and is typically for the client that wants our involvement from the programming phase of a project all the way through to furnishings and completion. We work with the client to create an organized, comprehensive design plan for the project and work with the architect, builder, vendors, and installers throughout the project. We take on the role of middle-man between the clients and builder/suppliers to ensure that all designs are implemented correctly, efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.

INTERIOR FINISH SELECTION

This service is for renovations and new construction clients that need help with finishes. We will coordinate with builders, vendors and installers as needed to help the client implement the design and ensure proper installation of all finishes and fixtures.
